Salad or Sandwich?
Every menu item we offer is made specifically for YOU. Nothing pre made or sitting on the counter for hours. AND most sandwiches can be made as salads and salads as sandwiches! We offer almost all menu items however you want them! Salad in a wrap or on a ciabatta? Sure thing. Sandwich items on greens? You bet. This suits your dietary needs, your likes and dislikes, and your allergy status! Come see what we can make for you.
Five Broken Blades
Inspired by Korean myths, this bit of magical realism cuts deep as five characters come together to kill a king. Each with their own set of skills and their own reason to see the king brought down. Told in five voices, you travel with the five hit men/women as they tell their stories of revenge and come together as a group. A fun bit of fantasy and action, perfect for folks seeking the next story to take them somewhere new. - Gretchen

Kittentits
If you like sassy ten year olds who hang out with ex-cons and ghosts and talk shit with the best of them, this one’s for you. Foul mouthed and full of piss and vinegar, Molly sets out to bring her dead mother’s ghost back to visit her. What ensues is a coming of age novel unlike any other. Full of slights, 1990s slang, and period teen put downs that you’d never utter now, you almost forget how far we’ve come as you guilty giggle just a bit as her naughty mouth slashes out at every part of the world.
Travel With Art
If you’re planning your summer vacation, be sure to stop here for your travel art supplies, journals, and more. We are obsessed with travel kits to take your art with you wherever you go. If it’s tiny and portable, Gretchen loves it. Come see what she has found and ask for help, we love to chat and hear about your plans!

Not 1 Drop
If you’ve been reading the news about PFAs - a forever chemical - you know that the last thing anyone wants is to introduce more into our waterways and environment. The Lake George Association, of which Pete is currently acting Board Chair and Executive Director (long story but yes, both at the moment), has been fighting the Park Commission who wants to put a chemical in the lake called ProcellaCOR, which contains PFAs, and is not proven for use in a lake like Lake George. Please help his campaign to convince Governor Hochul to stop the use of the chemical. Spread the word, post this graphic, write to the governor here. If you’ve ever been to this Queen of lakes you know it’s worth saving every single drop.

Family Family
Loved this beautiful family story. Fantastic characters, great dialogue, lovely framing of family in ALL of its forms. An adoption story at the center, but covers all aspects of what family means and what it means to be a mother, a parent, a child, and a family, whether made up of blood relations or found family all together. Come grab this great read. - Gretchen
